I just want to put this behind me is there a way I can do it quickly?

I  took the breathalyzer and was higher than the legal limit, is my case hopeless? 
    
    Not necessarily. The police must comply with many laws to ensure that the breathalyzer is working properly and you were advised of all of your rights. If you did take the breathalyzer you should have an experienced dwi attorney review your case before you make any decisions.

Where do they have the 24d classes? 
    

I was charged with a second offense and my first one was ten years ago does that matter? 
    
    Yes. Massachusetts offers people a second chance at a firs offenders program if that person has only had one previous OUI offense and it occurred at least ten years ago. That is a called a Cahill disposition because it stems from a case called Commonwealth v. Cahill.
